Clients know me as South Bay Jim!  I’ve been a Realtor since 2014 and truly found my passion in this career.  I bring a strategic sales approach rooted in industry knowledge, market insight, and a strong commitment to my client’s success. I work hard, 7 days a week and can tackle any deal.

I loved playing sports until my body told me to get another hobby- so I took up photography! (Check out some of my photos in the South Bay Sunsets section!) I was born and raised in Southern California (with a 10 year stint in Northern California). I’ve seen home prices here grow, year over year. My parents were priced out of Manhattan Beach in the early ’80s over about $5,000—proof that timing, strategy, and the right guidance matter more than most people think.

I oddly enjoy reading contracts and getting into the weeds of the real estate industry. Right out of college I worked in the insurance and tech industry and have brought those skills to real estate; with a strong underwriting ability to price homes and market them effectively online.
